The applications may be downloaded from this website or will be mailed if a timely request is made to Secretary Joan Judd or Chairperson D. Jane Bartlett or left on the RCSSB office message phone.
Proposals must be completed as directed by the RFP and received by Nov. 1, 2011. Grant awards will be announced by Dec. 16, 2011 and grants for the first six months of 2012 will be made in January, 2012.
